Jamshedpur: In a significant stride towards embracing eco-friendly practices, Jamshedpur Continuous Annealing & Processing Company Private Limited (JCAPCPL) entered into a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Ampin Energy Transition (formerly known as Amp Energy India), for the installation of Solar Panels on the rooftop of the plant. This landmark collaboration underscores company’s unwavering commitment to green energy initiatives and environmental sustainability.

Ujjal Chakraborti, Managing Director of JCAPCPL, and Pinaki Bhattacharyya, Managing Director and CEO, Ampin Energy signed the agreement to initiate the implementation process. Under the terms of this agreement, JCAPCPL is set to install solar panels with a robust capacity of 2.8 MWp, harnessing the power of sun to generate clean and renewable energy.
