Incorporated in 2011, JCAPCPL is a Joint Venture between Tata Steel Ltd. and Nippon Steel Corporation, pioneering the production of high-quality Cold Rolled Sheets to serve the Automotive Passenger Vehicle industry. In January 2021, Tata Steel Limited has transferred its stake to Tata Steel Downstream Production Limited.
