JCAPCPL - Mission, Vision and Values

With the vision of substitution of high grade imported Automotive Steel, Tata Steel Ltd and Nippon Steel Corporation had joined hands and found JCAPCPL as a technical Joint Venture in 2011 to produce high-end Automotive Steel.

The Company has set up 0.6 MCPA manufacturing facility at Jamshedpur within the Tata Steel Ltd. premises. The commercial operation started in 2015 .

JCAPCPL’s mission is to match India's growing demand for Automotive CR Steel from OEMs with its state-of-art-technology, thereby substituting imports, reducing fuel consumption and vehicular emissions.
