Jamshedpur, August 09 – In a significant stride towards embracing eco-friendly practices, JCAPCPL entered into a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Ampin Energy Transition (formerly known as Amp Energy India), for the installation of Solar Panels on the roof the JCAPCPL Plant. This landmark collaboration underscores JCAPCPL's unwavering commitment to green energy initiatives and environmental sustainability.
Ujjal Chakraborti, Managing Director of JCAPCPL, and Pinaki Bhattacharyya, Managing Director and CEO AMPIN Energy signed the agreement to initiate the implementation process. Under the terms of this agreement, JCAPCPL is set to install solar panels with a robust capacity of 2.8 MWp, harnessing the power of sun to generate clean and renewable energy. This progressive move not only demonstrates Company’s dedication to reducing its carbon footprint but also solidifies its role as a frontrunner in sustainable business practices within the industry.
