JCAPCPL Participated in Swachh Bharat Mission of Government of India

Supporting the ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ (clean India campaign) of Government of India, JCAPCPL employees participated in a successful cleanliness drive at Rivers Meet, Sonari, on the eve of Gandhi Jayanti. JCAPCPL employees rolled up their sleeves to clean up the area around the river. Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, CHRO, JCAPCPL, expressed his gratitude to all the participants saying, “Our employees have once again demonstrated their commitment to the environment and the community. By working together, we can make a significant difference in preserving our natural resources.” JCAPCPL used this opportunity to raise awareness about the importance of waste management, recycling, and sustainable practices, inspiring employees to adopt eco-friendly habits. Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) also participated in the Campaign organized by JCAPCPL as Ujjal Chakraborti, Managing Director, JCAPCPL is also the Chairman of CII, Jharkhand.

The cleanliness drive was also organized inside the JCAPCPL premises by employees. The participants cleaned the ‘Transport Parking Area’ of the Company. More than 50 employees of JCAPCPL were part of this drive. The senior leaders of JCAPCPL, Mr. Pranav Kumar Jha (CFO), Mr. Ajay Gupta (GM, MS, PPSD & IT) and Mr. Vikal Mahendra (AGM, Operations) played key role in successful implantation of the campaign.

With a vision of garbage free India, the Swachh Bharat Mission is a campaign being run by the government of India and initiated by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. It was launched especially on the birth anniversary of the “Mahatma Gandhi” as it was his dream to make our country a well-kept nation.
