Manager- PPSD

1. Qualification Required-

• BE/BTech, BSc (Engineering), ME/MTech, MBA/PGDM, MCA, MSc (Maths, Stats OR Physics) - Must be a Full Time Course.
• Graduate degree holders in IT/Computer Application with 5+ years of IT experience can also apply.

 

2. Experience Required-

• Experience of working in high performance teams delivering digital / Al solutions.
• Experience of working in cross-functional & collaborative environment.
• Good understanding of manufacturing / supply chain / commercial processes along with knowledge of technology applications in these domains, would be preferred.

 

3. Skillsets Required-

• Digital Competencies

1. Understanding of Al, ML, DL principles
2. Understanding of IT-OT architecture
3. Familiarity with cloud native architecture
4. Support best practice implementation
5. Promote digital interventions to reduce manual work
6. Recommend development of PPSD-enabling reports

• Execution & Operational Traits

1. Traits that ensure technology delivers results. Outcome Orientation
2. Focuses on: Service levels, Cost optimization, Resilience, Speed, Sustainability
3. Manage customer exigencies with T SL to avoid commitment failures
4. Recommend actions for rush or misaligned orders
5. Suggest mitigation plans for MOQ-related SKUs and build-up
6. Initiatives to reduce planning losses and improve yield
7. Optimization of width on Mother Coil Planning level
8. Orientation towards basic principles of Supply Chain
