Define and implement enterprise-wide data architecture, data models, data governance standards, and integration frameworks.
Lead the design and deployment of the company’s automation layer including workflow automation, data orchestration, and intelligent process automation initiatives.
Develop and manage the data layer comprising data lakes, warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, master data structures, and enterprise reporting datasets.
Establish advanced analytics and insight generation capabilities using BI tools, predictive analytics, AI/ML models, and statistical analysis techniques.
Drive the performance & experience layer through dashboards, executive visualizations, KPI frameworks, and user-centric analytics experiences.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making and operational optimization.
Manage digital transformation and analytics projects including scope, timelines, budgets, resource planning, risk management, and vendor coordination.
Ensure scalability, security, integrity, and quality of enterprise data solutions in collaboration with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams.
Standardize enterprise reporting, KPI definitions, and analytical methodologies across functions.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies in AI, ML, automation, visualization, and advanced analytics.
Support governance and compliance requirements related to enterprise data and analytics.
Work closely with business functions such as finance, operations, manufacturing, procurement, HR, and sales to build analytical use cases.
