Safety Compliance: Enforce Permit to Work (PTW) systems, conduct Toolbox (TB) meetings, hot work compliance, and ensure all work follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Manage the full execution of electrical/civil projects from ground-breaking to commissioning and handover.
Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of capital expenditure projects, with a specialized focus on electrical and automation systems and CAPEX project management in PS modules.
Expedite and consolidate CAPEX requirements from various departments prior to the start of the Financial Year.
Feasibility & Design: Conduct technical feasibility studies for projects and electrical and automation scope of work; lead meetings with user departments and vendors to define scope, Execution and commissioning.
Inspection of spares technically with required certificates.
Budget Management: Coordinate with F&A for budget sanctions and prepare detailed project charters and cash flow forecasts (Plan vs. Actual).
PR/PO Lifecycle: Generate PRs within defined networks/WBS elements and manage UMC (Unit Measurement Code) requirements.
Asset Accounting: Conduct physical verification of CWIP (Capital Work in Progress) stocks and handover installation certificates for asset capitalization.
Daily Supervision, Execution of projects, monitor site progress, manpower deployment, and adherence to target timelines.
Conduct weekly meetings with procurement and vendors to expedite material delivery and resolve bottlenecks.
End to end Data management through PS module from scheme creation, PR creation, Scheme closure and generate cash flow, spend, budget and commitment reports from SAP.
Should have sound knowledge on electrical system, automation and project execution.
